Adult Partial Hospital Program

Outpatient Services at Holly Hill include our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adults. This program serves as an alternative to and/or transition from inpatient care. Prospective patients must be assessed by the Respond department prior to admission into the programs or must be referred by the patient's inpatient physician at Holly Hill upon discharge.

PHP services are provided Monday through Friday for six hours a day and are available for adult patients only.

Partial Hospitalization Program

PHP offers patients the intensity of therapy and medication management available to inpatients, but the convenience of remaining at home during evenings and weekends. Individual, group, and family therapy are provided, and group therapy topics focus on illness education, coping skills, stress and anger management, and other issues relevant to continued wellness. Substance abuse issues are also addressed in PHP, and these services are provided by a substance abuse counselor.
