Information for Visitors

Below please find a list of items your family member will need during their stay at Holly Hill Hospital:

• 4-5 changes of comfortable clothing (clothes with strings, laces, ties, or hoods are prohibited)
• Slippers or shoes without laces (slipper socks will be provided on the unit if needed)
• Journal (no spiral binders)
• Appropriate reading material
• Personal hygiene items

*You will be asked to take home extra or restricted items

Visiting Hours/Phone Times:

A confidential ID number is issued at the time of admission. Due to patient confidentiality, only the patient may give out this number. Any visitor calling or coming in must have the patient ID number. Without a patient ID number hospital staff can neither confirm or deny whether or not someone is a patient.

• No more than 2 visitors are allowed at one time
• Children under the age of 13 may not visit
• Phones are not available while groups are in session
• Phone calls are limited to 10 minutes

Adult Units

1 East

• Tuesday Family Group - 6:00pm - 8:00pm (must attend group - no separate visitation)
• Wednesday/Thursday – 6:30pm-8:00pm
• Saturday Family Group – 1:00pm-2:00pm
• Saturday – 2:00pm-4:00pm
• Sunday – 1:00pm-3:00pm

1 West

• Saturday Family Group – 10:00am-11:30am
• Saturday (must attend family group to be eligible for this visitation) – 11:30am-1:30pm
• Sunday – 11:30am-1:30pm

1 North A and 1North B

• Wednesday – 7:00pm-8:00pm
• Saturday – 2:00pm-4:00pm
• Sunday – 2:00pm-4:00pm

 

2 West

• Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday – 6:30pm-8:00pm
• Saturday – 2:00pm-4:00pm
• Sunday – 1:00pm-3:00pm

 

Child/Adolescent Units

• Patients under the age of 18 must have the approval of their legal guardian to add a visitor on to the phone or visitor list.
• Phones are available for incoming and outgoing phone calls nightly from 6pm-730pm
• Staff must dial all outgoing phone calls

Adolescent Units

• Tuesday and Thursday – 6pm-730pm
• Saturday (Family group- must attend to be eligible for Sat visitation) – 9:30am-11:30am
• Sunday – 2pm-4pm

Child Unit

• Monday-Friday – 6pm-730pm
• Saturday (Family group- must attend to be eligible for Sat visitation) – 9:30am-11:30am
• Sunday – 2pm-4pm
